The plant strongly resembles parsley and is often referred to as gourmet parsley. It is considered one of the classic French herbes fines. Brussels Winter is the European standard and very winter hardy. Direct seed in early spring for summer crop or fall for spring crop. Sow seeds ½-1” deep.
