Golden Purslane

Portulaca oleracea sativa
This is not your well-known garden weed. Golden purslane has large succulent leaves that are a light green color with golden stems. Individual leaves are oval to round and thick, about the size of a teaspoon. Plants grow to 18” tall. Harvest leaves as desired for summer salads or grow as a micro green. Tangy flavor and very nutritious.
