Igor F1 Hybrid Brussels sprouts

Brassica Oleracea var. gemmifera No mad scientists here, Igor is 100% certified organic and one of the best varieties found in our trials. Tall and straight, reaching 3’, Igor is slightly earlier and has a more uniform bud maturity than Nautic, with no pruning necessary. Sweet, tender buds are tight and bottom sprouts hold well while top sprouts are filling out. A great selection for the farmers’ market when selling on the stalk. A cold-hardy variety that will hold well into October in northern climates. Days to maturity: 115 days
