The darkest red of all! Glossy leaves with burgundy color and a bit of light green at the base. As an addition to salad mixes, Galactic is out of this world, creating an excellent contrast of color. Not commonly grown as full-size leaf lettuce due to compact size and, like other all-red lettuces, its bitter flavor.
