Interceptor F1 Hybrid Carrot

Organic Interceptor F1 Carrot - Long and slender! A true cut and peel Imperator-type carrot. Coreless roots have a dark orange interior and will grow to 12" or more in proper growing conditions. Roots stay slender even with low density plantings and will not crack. Relatively short tops with some resistance to leaf blights. Suitable for mechanical harvesting. Good resistance to storage diseases such as Pythium Crater Rot and Altenaria Black Rot. A real standout. (Daucus carota)
