Organic Kaitlin F1 Hybrid Cabbage - Sauerkraut is once again taking the world by storm, at least here in the Northeast where this value added product is commonly found as part of CSA shares and at local farmers' markets. Kaitlin is a large, late season sauerkraut cabbage that produces high yields of very white, dense cabbages high in dry-matter, making it especially suited for sauerkraut. The white coloring indicates high levels of Vitamin C. Holds very well in the field and matures uniformly for late season processing. Mid term storage.
