Caribbean Gold F1 Canteloupe

Organic Caribbean Gold F1 - Quality, modern cantaloupe with good disease resistance and sweet flavor. Year after year we trial cantaloupe melons and hope will ripen here in Northern Vermont. Caribbean Gold has not only produced good yields but has been a standout for quality for the past few years. Plants are female, resulting in higher fruit set and yields. Fruit is uniform with round to oval shape and dense netting. Flesh is deep orange with a small seed cavity. Sweet and aromatic flavor with a brix rating of 15. Highly resistant to cracking.
