Additional Shipping Charges
Additional shipping charges apply for cover crops and accessories over 25 lbs, as indicated in item descriptions; all additional shipping charges for items ordered online are included in the price of the item (For cover crops and accessories 25-49 lbs, an additional $12.00 is included in the price. For cover crops and accessories over 50 lbs., an additional $24.00 per 50 lbs. is included in the price.)

Mail orders can be paid for by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discovery, or American Express), check or money order. Fax, Phone and Website orders can be paid for by credit card only.

Call us at 802-472-6174. Please have order form filled out completely as you would when ordering by mail. Phone hours are 8 am - 6 pm Monday-Friday. Anytime you can't reach us in person you can either request a call back or leave your order on our secure answering machine.

Our Guarantee
We want customers to be fully satisfied and confident in the quality of our seed and service. If you are not 100% satisfied, please let us know and we will replace your purchase or credit your account. Seeds and supplies may be returned within 30 days of ship date for product replacement or credit. High Mowing does not cover return shipping costs. Authorization for credit is required before sending back any items. Call 802-472-6174 to get a credit authorization code to send back with your product. Seed must be returned in unopened original packaging. Garlic and potatoes cannot be returned. All special orders are non-refundable. Authorized returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. $20.00 fee for returned checks.

- I want to have my invoice billed and shipped to one address, and the seeds shipped to another for a gift. Can I do this?
Yes, you can. When you check out to pay for your purchases, you will be given the option to send to a shipping address different from your billing address. Please write us a note on the checkout form informing us of your wishes. If you are sending in payment or ordering by phone or fax, send us instructions or speak with your sales associate about your preferences.

- Why do I run into trouble trying to download files from the Downloads page?
All of the files on the Downloads page are in .pdf, or portable document format. This allows us to get the information in these files to everybody, no matter what systems and programs they use. To be able to read these files, you must have a .pdf reader. Adobe Acrobat is a free .pdf reader that can be downloaded off of the internet. Click here to download this file.
