A head turner every time! Butter-type with delicate, medium-green outer leaves surrounding a large, tightly packed blanched heart. Works in all seasons and one of the few varieties on the market that has resistance to aphids (Nasonovia ribisnigri). We were impressed in our trials by the size and heaviness of the heads and tender quality of the leaves. Compares to Nancy with an improved disease package.
