Forest green, spoon shaped leaves are cupped and heavily savoyed. Tolerates high temperatures and commonly used as a substitute for Tat Soi for summer production. Upright architecture for easy harvesting. Very slow to bolt. Mild mustard flavor is more similar to Asian greens than spicy mustards. Deep green color and high quality leaves when small or very large, make this an exceptional and versatile variety.
