Aromatic perennial herb with a bush growing habit and excellent pollinator attraction.

Dried plant material makes fragrant teas and potpourri's and can be a wonderful addition to homemade salves, lotions and soaps. Flowering in the first year, lavender is a great attractor of pollinators. Pruning lavender is best done in the spring to prevent stems from becoming too woody.
