Lovely, dense elongated heads that come to a slender point with a graceful flourish of curled leaves.

Pale green with crisp yellow-white interior and a sweet, mildly bitter flavor delicious in salad mix. Harvest when heads are dense and firm to the touch. Good uniformity.
