Gorgeous plants with emerald green outer leaves and burgundy interiors.

Burgundy inner leaves have bright white ribbing and juicy crunch for beautiful color and texture contrast in salad mixes. Plants produce upright, dense, elongated heads with mildly bitter flavor. A lovely variety that will store for several months.
