A signature salad mix ingredient! Similar to Tres Fine Maraichere but a bit less frilly. Grow as baby leaf or leaf lettuce; plant at high density or cover centers for well-blanched, tender sprigs. 18,000 seeds/oz.

Specialty greens are cold hardy and fast growing leafy plants. Days to maturity are from direct seeding, except for chicories (endive, escarole, puntarelle, radicchio,) where days to maturity are from transplant.
