Our favorite red-stemmed microgreen for brightening up a mix. Hefty, succulent leaves and stems are rich in antioxidants. Chard microgreens are best grown separately from other elements of mixes, as the seed tends to be variable in size and days to true leaf can be longer than most microgreen varieties.
