Also known as roquette, this wild arugula relative has a firey pungency and dark green, deeply lobed leaves.

Surpasses standard arugula in both heat and cold tolerance but is slower growing and half the height. Popular among chefs and a staple of gourmet winter greens mixes. 126,000 seeds/oz.

Cultural Info

Specialty greens are cold hardy and fast growing leafy plants. Days to maturity are from direct seeding, except for chicories (endive, escarole, puntarelle, radicchio,) where days to maturity are from transplant.
