All of us at High Mowing Organic Seeds are passionate about food and farming. Some of us run our own farms. Some of us have farmed in the past. Most of us grow some of our own food. We are a fun-loving group with diverse interests, brought together by our common love of growing, on whatever scale, appreciation for the importance of sustainable agriculture, and tolerance of a cold climate.

Wholesale Customer Service Associate

The Wholesale Customer Service Associate is responsible for processing incoming orders and for providing excellent customer service to our seed rack customers. The successful candidate will receive and process large amounts of incoming orders by phone, mail, fax, or email. They will answer customer questions about our seed rack program, seed collections and display offerings.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent customer service skills, including the ability to use positive language, attentiveness and adaptability to resolve customer issues. To be successful in this position, we are looking for a detail-oriented team member with good communication skills and a team player mindset.

Customer Service Associate

The Customer Service Associate is responsible for processing incoming orders and for providing excellent customer service to our broad range of customers.  The successful candidate will receive and process large amounts of incoming orders by phone, web, fax, or email.  They will answer customer questions about our products and growing practices in general, and may also be asked to represent High Mowing at tradeshows and conferences if necessary.  The ideal candidate must possess excellent customer service skills, including the ability to use positive language, attentiveness and adaptability to resolve customer complaints.  This person must have practical working knowledge of and experience with commercial vegetable production methods.

Packing and Fulfillment Crew Member

Do you want to be part of a fun-loving group with diverse interests, brought together by our common love of growing, on any scale, all while appreciating the importance of sustainable agriculture?

We are currently seeking to fill positions on our Packing and Fulfillment teams. These teams work together efficiently get seed to our customers. Tasks include but are not limited to: packing seeds into packets or bags, picking orders, and shipping.

To be successful in such positions, we are looking for detail-oriented team members with good communication skills and a team player mindset. Applicants will need to be comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds frequently, be on their feet most of the day, and use handheld scanners. Positions are full-time (40 hours) with the anticipated end date of late April 2021.
